Remember on a vtec block they have the little oil nozzles to cool pistons. I wouldnt suggest it. Just like ls/vtec's why do you think they fuck up all the time. I dont even know if they fit?

i think your referring to the oil squirters at the bottom of the block. im not positive if the h22 even has those to begin with. the SOHC VTEC motors surea as hell dont. the swap is possible, its reliable, and it costs about the same as an ls/vtec swap (maybe less), and i could put it in my accord. now with an h22 crank you could have what would essentially be an Iron sleeved version of the h22 (which has crappy FRM sleeves that suck for boost). you might need the rods and pistons as well but aftermarket versions designed for the f22 should be just as reliable and you could keep that boost friendly 8.6:1 CR. (9.0:1 on certain f22a versions).

oh, well im positive the SOHC ones dont, i wasnt totally sure about the h22, im also positive that the B-series vtec ones have them. but i dont think its that big of a deal, you can just drill the block for them if needed anyways

your wrong . . . if youve got the block you can do this for under a grand . . . and its pretty much a boostable h22. now thats fast . . .

Internals are the key though. Anything over 7 psi on stock internals be ready for a fresh rebuild. Already seen it happen once.
